Due to the rapidly evolving Government restrictions impacting our industry, please see below the measures our Team at Ballarat Property Group have put in place during this period to assist you, our clients.

All inspections are being conducted by private appointment only and this is being supported by professional photography & videography and online advertising, although we may find reduced access to any occupied properties at this time and this is where the online photography and videos are assisting us, to assist you.

Contracts, applications, lease agreements, condition reports etc. can all be produced digitally for your convenience.

We will be enforcing the recommendations by the World Health Organisation https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019 & ask that you also respect these restrictions such as, remaining more than 1.5m from our Sales Consultants and Property Managers (social distancing), refrain from touching surfaces whilst inside the property and utilising the sanitiser and gloves we will have available for you.

Please contact our staff should you wish to inspect any of our properties listed For Sale or For Lease, please contact us and will accommodate you as best we can.

You will not be granted access if you have:

1. Tested positive to, or have symptoms associated with Coronavirus,
2. Recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus,
3. Recently been overseas or agreed to any self-isolation conditions.
